and dropoff instructions

In preparation for the start of Vacation Bible School at TOPC it would be helpful to review the following information.

1) When you arrive to drop your child(ren) off or pick them up you will enter the building from the gym doors at the rear (facing the athletic fields).  In order to ensure orderly traffic flow please follow the route indicated below.

2) Each day, as you drop your child(ren) off at the classroom, the teacher will provide you with an ID Card that includes the child’s first and last name and their classroom and teacher.  These cards are a critical tool in helping us ensure your child’s safety and you must have that card to pick the child back up.

3) If someone else will be picking the child(ren) up, you must either
a.  Transfer the card to the person who will be picking the child up, or
b.  Leave the card with the security person at the door, including the name of the person who will pick the child up. When that person arrives to pick up, they must stop at the security desk and show a picture ID before the card will be issued to them.
