Before the 11:00 a.m. service
1.  Arrive no later than 10:00 a.m. (beginning of Sunday School hour) and retrieve trays and plates from sanctuary and narthex.
2.  Wash hands and then replace the used cups in the trays and refill as needed.  Clean trays as needed.
3.  Empty and refill the communion chalice quarter full.
4.  Clean plates of cracker crumbs and replace the used mahtza bread pieces on each plate.  Place a whole piece of mahtza bread on top plate on the right side of the communion table and ensure it is covered.
5.  Put the plates and trays in the same configuration as the early service (see diagrams).

After the 11:00 a.m. service
1.  Retrieve the plates and trays from teh sanctuary to the upstairs kitchen for cleanup.
2.  Dump the used and unused cups from the trays into the trash.  Wipe each tray to clean any juice that may have spilled.  Refill each tray with empty cups.
3.  Dump the unused mahtza bread from each plate.  Wipe each plate clean and put them back into their felt bags.  Fold covers and ensure covers are clean.  Collect any stained napkins or tablecloths and place in a bag for laundering.  Place the bag in the preparationkitchen in the caginet marked for "Communion."
4.  Return the plates and trays inside the communion table.
5.  Fold and return the communion table cloth to teh choir room
6.  Fold and return communion table cloths from each side of the sanctuary to inside of communion table.
7.  Take right side and left side communion platforms and return to left side compartment under platform/piano area.
