Jonathan and Katherine Taylor serve as the Team Leaders of Mission to the World’s church-planting team in Sofia, Bulgaria.  Jonathan oversees ministry efforts in church planting, mercy ministry, translation and publication, evangelism projects and theological education, especially in regards to training national pastors and leaders and developing partnerships between Bulgarian and US churches. They are members of the Kirk of the Hills Church where Jonathan served as Missions Pastor until departing for Bulgaria. Jonathan is a member of the Missouri Presbytery and has 20 years’ pastoral and missions experience in the United States.

With over 15 years as an active Christian educator, including eight years teaching second grade at Kirk Day School in St. Louis, Katherine is assisting with the development of the Sofia Christian Academy, a new school for missionary children. The Taylors have two children: Katie and Owen.

The Taylors will begin a one-year HMA  based in St. Louis, MO. in the summer of 2008.
