Stephen and Marion Spencer have been serving with African Bible College (ABC) for the past 18 years in the African country of Malawi. At ABC, Steve teaches courses in education and Bible as well as serving as the Academy Dean. Marion spends much of her time organizing functions and social affairs for the students and staff. The Spencers also have 7 children, which keep her busy as mom, wife and homemaker. As the children have grown in years they have become active participants with their parents in their ministry.

ABC is a four-year degree granting institution. The motto of the school is, “With excellence as our goal, it is our aim to pour out across Africa committed Christian leaders who will live their lives righteously, preach the gospel powerfully, teach the Word thoroughly and witness to their fellow Africans courageously.”

The Spencers are members of the Kirk of the Hills Church in west St. Louis County. Their son David is attending Covenant College.
