Craig and Stacy Pohl are members of the Kirk of the Hills Church in west St. Louis County. They have been serving as MTW missionaries in Ecuador since 2002, first in Guayaquil and now in Quito.  Craig leads the MTW Ecuador team of missionaries and national partners based in the country’s principal cities, Guayaquil and Quito. Through ministries of leadership, teaching, and mentoring, Craig and Stacy count it a privilege to support the team’s vision:  By God’s grace and in direct partnership with the national church, we seek to promote a church-planting movement of healthy, Christ-centered, Reformed churches among the Quichua and Spanish-speaking peoples of Ecuador.

While on a youth mission trip to Mexico, Craig developed a heart for international ministry. After graduating from the College of William and Mary in 1992 and working briefly in international business, he served with MTW for two years in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Craig graduated from Covenant Seminary in 1999 and is an ordained minister of the PCA.

Stacy’s love for missions began at a youth summer mission trip to Holland. Then two college mission trips to Jamaica confirmed her desire to serve the Lord overseas. After graduating from Covenant College Stacy served as a missionary teacher for two years each in both Chile (MTW) and Kenya.
