Sally Johnston is one of our newest missionaires at TOPC. Sally graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles. Her professional field had been Information Technology and Project Management which brought her to Zurich, Switzerland, in 1987.

In 1990 she began conceiving the idea of sponsoring seminars for international women who were wrestling with deeper life issues. The first seminar was held in Zurich in May of 1991; since then a spring and fall seminar have continuously been offered to thousands of English- speaking women. Sally joined the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ in 2001 and in March 2004 organized “Day Away Association for Women” under a partnership with Campus Crusade.

Since her first seminar in Zurich, Sally now has six outreaches per year in three cities. Speakers include distinguished women with impressive credentials, such as Kay Arthur. After the seminar, city teams are actively involved in follow-up and bringing new women to the local churches. There is interest in expanding the seminars to the Cote d’Azur, France, and Stuttgart, Germany.

Sally is a member of Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian Church in St. Louis.
