Summer Bible Camp Registration Form

Summer Bible Camp in 2009 is from 8:35 a.m.-12:10 p.m., Monday - Friday July 13th-17th, with a closing program onFriday evening.  Registration is open to children ages 4 through 5th grade completed. For more information, contact Pastor Paul DeYoung or Caitlin Claycomb at 636-861-1870.

Bring:  
First Day:  One box or bag of goldfish, pretzels, Bugles, fruit snacks, apples, grapes oranges or pears.
Everyday:  Appropriate clothes.
Thursday/Water Day:  Clothes to get wet in, a towel, and a change of dry clothes.
